Promoting the passion for arts and heritage among youths is essential to the preservation and continuation of the people's roots and history. Borneo Arts & Heritage Movement aims to create and develop platforms for practitioners to showcase their talent and enrich their skills in their own discipline.
What We Do
We connect different entities among the community, creating an ecosystem of resources to run events which are beneficial for all stakeholders. The symbiosis empowers growth for the economy and enrich the society.
Ideate
Brainstorm ideas for events, considering possible stakeholders and the benefits for all. The team is always on the lookout for talents, resources, stakeholders and circumstances in planning for events and creating platforms for the development and preservation of arts & culture.
Create
Create proposal and execution plan using relevant resources and negotiate with beneficiaries. All possible scenarios, cause and consequences are taken into consideration in the planning and execution process. This allows for a dynamic and flexible workflow.
Iterate
Execute plan according to agreed terms with stakeholders and resources. Conduct post mortem analysis & collect feedback from stakeholders for improvements in future planning. Repeat cycle for next event with improvised procedures.
CONSIDERATION OF RESOURCES AND STAKEHOLDERS TO EMPOWER SIMBIOSIS
In planning for an event, we consider all possible circumstances and resources to create a concept and theme which may be beneficial for the society and the stakeholder. A basic proposal is discussed and developed together with the stakeholder to produce the final program and execution plan. Agreed terms and conditions are followed through the whole process.
Leverage agile workflow to benefit a robust & dynamic execution
Plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances so the team has to be prepared to face twist and turns during execution. The stakeholder and resources are made aware of multiple possibilities and ways to find solutions and overcome the challenges.
